How do I pay my Condo Fees?
You have 2 options: Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) or 12 post dated cheques dropped of annually to our office. For more details contact your property manager or administrator. Contact information can be found on the contact us page.
Why do I pay more or less condo fees than other units in my Condo?
Every condo fee is assigned a “proportion” in the Condo’s declaration. This portion is a percentage, and it’s usually based on the square footage of the unit. That being said, the builder who created the declaration can actually make those proportions whatever they like. So it’s also common for other factors to be taken into consideration, like if the condo has a nice view.
Can I renovate my unit?
You are welcome to make any changes you like to the the unit, and may even be able to make changes to the common elements. The line between the common elements your unit can sometimes be fuzzy. It is strongly recommended that you check Schedule “C of your Condo’s” declaration which will define the boundaries between your unit and the condo.
